Neighbor has parked commercial trailer on roadway for a month. In violation of section 26-134 (5) parking in or on tree line - they have kept this trailer parked well in excess of the 10 hours referenced by statute . Also violation of 26-150 ( domestic equipment) - storing trailer on the side of the road is illegal per this statute. Trailer is partially parked in another neighbors yard with grass growing under as it cannot be mowed due to trailer.
