35mph residential area with school crossing zones. Constantly have cars racing up and down the length along with dangerous passing on shoulders when people are trying to turn onto side streets or driveways. Very dangerous with the # of children in the area.

A couple cycles of patrol/traffic enforcement cars can confirm and hopefully slow things down.
