Insurance fraud/illegal registration. This vehicle is a fixture in the neighborhood. I have observed it multiple times per month since mid-summer (at least six months). Despite that, the vehicle continues to bear FL plates. The vehicle is clearly not principally garaged in FL. No doubt, the owner is getting a significant savings on both registration fees, and more importantly, insurance premiums. This is rate evasion and constitutes insurance fraud. It is a crime and a serious problem that costs the rest of us who are honest to pay higher premiums to offest the fraud. Please investigate. If the city cannot for some reason, please provide the appropriate contact information to report the owner to state insurance fraud investigators. Thank you.
