Good afternoon, as an update, our team picked up another flag that fell on the ground. In total we have four flags that need to be put back up, when can we schedule the bucket truck to come down? Thanks very much.

Sammy, Doug- we connected with one of your guys and gave them the flags this morning. Spain and S. Korea need to be replaced though- they're pretty badly tattered. Thanks!

Hi Omni, actually no there are some ongoing issues here. As of right now, two flags need to be replaced: South Korea and Spain. Then three flags need to be refastened: Italy, Greece, and Ireland (they are on the poles but hanging by a rope; doesn’t look good at all). And then finally, the top of Spain’s pole itself is missing the golden orb/embellishment (will attach a picture).

Good afternoon, following up here. None of these issues have been addressed- can you please send DPW down to refasten the flags (Italy, Greece, Ireland)? Is there an update on the two new flags (South Korea and Spain)? Along with the decorative gold metal top to the flag pole previously pictured? Thanks very much. Hi Omni, it's in the process of being addressed- no action has taken place however I spoke with DPW about plans to make the necessary repairs.
