Please note, as you can see in the picture the city tree branch is on the electrical wire that is servicing the property at 77 Winthrop Ave, New Haven ..This is a hazard and will cause damage in the storm when the ice loaded the branch. Please be proactive and remove this branch because it will do damage and, also directly across there street there is another tree that is leaning on the electrical wire and will disrupt services. Let's address this matter before it becomes an issue.
