The city is just waiting for the next victim of Oakland's wild west politics. Plus look all the money they are saving these poor folks in not replacing the candles. Those same folks have no issue when come buying more Hennessy.

I have contacted the District Attorney and encourage you as well about this issue.

At what point does a collection of bottles just become garbage? The bottles have been there over a year. The candles have been since the beginning of November and I have not seen them lit since Christmas time. I think it is time to clean the party up from the sidewalk.

This has been going on for so long now that it has just been peer neglect for years now between the renters and property management. And the excuses keep coming but nothing happens. It is a safety and hazard issue. Please have this cleaned up.
