  Thank you for reporting this, and I noticed the same thing today, both regarding the signage and construction blocking the bike lane with no diversion per Oakland’s construction access guidelines. I saw a City of Oakland vehicle on site but it didn’t seem as though staff members were dealing with this issue.

  The same construction crew had a non-compliant bikeway closure on northbound Horton at 40th as well.
