Description

Northbound traffic turning left into the new Starbucks on NW 13th St. creates a safety hazard, because it interferes with southbound traffic turning left onto NW 16th. If there must be a northbound left turn lane so soon after the light, at a bare minimum, please consider extending the yellow lane striping to show exactly where the right of ways begin and end in each direction.
