Description

Typical Seaside Lounge stuff. Sidewalk blocked by motorcycles and illegally parked cars. HPD on the seen, but they don't care. Also, I was almost hit by a car going the wrong way on a one way street, who preceded to yell at me when I pointed out his infraction.
