Icy mess in mornings after refreezing overnight. Will continue to be a problem until most of it is melted away

Thank you for the photo and additional information. When this round of snow stops, and 24 hours pass, we will enforce this complaint again. An Officer inspected the walk adjacent to Omelsaad on 2/3/2020 but since the weekend was warmer, the snow/ice melted.
