We have received notifications from our Town engineers and Town attorney that we would not maintain sidewalks inside of Copper Ranch subdivision. I do understand that in the past the Town did do some sidewalk work mistakenly not knowing this information. Giving Copper Ranch some good quality sidewalk completions. Responsibility now fall back to your Homeowners association.
Each parcel shows to encroach sidewalk at each property thus making reason to believe that the Town would not maintain. Also our Town engineer and Town attorney has instructed that the Town does not maintain.
