Can you please remove the snapped tree? This request assumes that since the drainage creek is city property, it's the city's responsibility to remove it. Also, given that it's still leaning on another tree (and is leaning over my fence), it's probably better that a professional remove it (If it was laying flat on the ground, I'd just remove it myself). Thanks Matt. Based on the GIS information available to me and with the exception of South Trace Ln, I can't find evidence of any public property adjacent to 232 S Trace Ln. Do you have a legal survey of your property? And I left you voicemail.

Matt, to recap our phone conversation, it appears the trees in question are privately owned. As such, removal/disposal is the responsibility of the property owner. Please let me know if you need additional info. Thank you.
