On 8000 W at Parkway Blvd (2820 s)/ 2700 s, Traffic is backed up at peak times and less then peak times. There are several hundred homes being built in this area that will only make this problem worse. This/these intersections need a signal light/s. asap. How do we get this done, who do we need to talk to?
