9/1/10 police car with license 161 NH ran the red light at Meadow Street, passing other cars on the right that were stopped at the traffic light. Emergency lights on the car were not turned on when it ran the light, although they had been on previously while the vehicle was double parked in front of the Police Headquarters on Union Ave.
