Description
Many vehicles accelerate to very high speeds after coming from eastbound Howard Avenue and Rollins Road stop onto northbound Rollins Road even though there are speed limit radar posts flashing "slow down". This occurs almost daily and I rarely ever see police officers enforcing this speeding issue. Thank you for serving and protecting!

Hopefully you have better luck than I did. I reported a similar issue at the Rollins/Oak Grove area and another at Humboldt/Rollins Area.
The city does not really care it seems like. Not even after many crashes over the years. Instead you’ll probably get a response from the BPD traffic division about running traffic enforcement. That just deals with the “symptom” and not the “illness”

Lyon-Hoag & Adjacent Neighborhoods Traffic Calming Study
City Project No. 85210
The City of Burlingame strives to maintain a livable community and continually seeks to improve the quality of life for its residents. A comprehensive traffic study has been initiated by requests from members of the Lyon-Hoag and adjacent neighborhoods to investigate a variety of concerns such as speeding, parking, and cut-through traffic. TJKM, a professional transportation consulting firm, has been hired by the City to investigate any issues raised by the residents and to recommend any traffic calming solutions that may be feasible.
