Hopefully you have better luck than I did. I reported a similar issue at the Rollins/Oak Grove area and another at Humboldt/Rollins Area.

The city does not really care it seems like. Not even after many crashes over the years. Instead you’ll probably get a response from the BPD traffic division about running traffic enforcement. That just deals with the “symptom” and not the “illness”

A comprehensive traffic study has been initiated by requests from members of the Lyon-Hoag and adjacent neighborhoods to investigate a variety of concerns such as speeding, parking, and cut-through traffic. I agree, drivers are treating Rollins like an expressway and zooming by at speeds greater than 45+mph. I don’t feel safe for my children to ever play on the sidewalk on Rollins. Possibly a stop sign at Morrell may help.
