Someone has created a watch area for the DOT and it appears that an email has been sent to notify them.

There are two double yellow lines that used to come all the way down to the intersection of 34 and the Blvd and made a loop approx 6' wide at the intersection, (I assume it was put in to make more space between north and south bound traffic at the intersection)so people turning right onto blvd from 34 east-bound could immediately see the double yellow line. Now the two double lines no longer have a loop and the south bound double yellow line starts approx 100 yards down the road and I've seen many cars following the far left line before the other yellow line starts and then people jerk their car right to get into the proper lane.

The issue has been fixed...two years after reporting.
