Road work has been "on going" for several weeks. Sewer caps are exposed several inches and there is no rubber around them to soften blows to car.

Last night in the dark I didn't dodge the last sewer exposed because there is no longer spray paint on it and I got a flat on both of my passenger side tires.

Tow truck driver told me I was the third person that day to get a flat in that area. Town needs to finish this work ASAP
