Description
I'm just wondering who the genius was who came up with the green lights on the wing plows. I believe I was "pre-school" age when I was taught green means go... For caution or stop, amber/yellow, orange or red would be more appropriate. I would have guessed your risk manager would have told you so...

Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding this issue.
Passing a plow is illegal, and not recommended under any circumstances for safety reasons, regardless of the color of lights on the plow or blades.
The green lights are for the snow plow operators to be able to quickly identify the dimensions and angles of their wings by differentiating them from the yellow, orange and red lights that are already located in the various locations around the rest of the plow.
Thank you again for your time, and drive safely.
