Why are the speed limits NOT enforced and tailgaters ticketed ? My recommendation is to have a system where drivers could report license plates that would go into a date bank. Once that driver has enough complaints there would be some action taken. What good does it do to have police tailgating and exceeding the speed limit when regular drivers all around us are talking on cell phones and tailgating as well ?

They are still tailgating and going 50 mph in a school zone!!!!!

I agree that teaffic is speeding. I can set my Cruse Control at 59 mph and everyone runs around me.
