This address has a paving/driveway permit. They initially installed more asphalt than was permitted. We instructed them to remove asphalt in excess of what was permitted. The asphalt that remains does meet the dimensional limits within Zoning.
I rode by 22 Wedge St. today, and noticed that asphalt covered the entire yard. It not only looks horrible, but once again where is the snow melt, and rain going to go? Also for resale value it's not appealing at all. Looks like this street is going the way of Wilder St, the section across from the Morey School.

Move to Lowell, buy a house, asphalt the whole yard into a parking lot, break up the single family house into apartments, all this without permits. Anything goes in Lowell!!!
I agree concerned citizen the upper highlands does not need more single, and two family homes busted , into multiple apts.,with an excess of asphalt, cars, and no driveways. The city officials, who approve such plans, are unwittingly accelerating the upper highland's descent to slumdom, or blight. And every day I see something else disturbing. On 179 Lincoln Parkway, three cars are parked, on the lawn though there is plenty of off street parking, and a garage, and driveway, and on the corner of Pine, and Princeton Blvd., there are three vehicles, parked on the lawn, and once again there is a driveway, and garage, plus off street parking, and on the corner of Webber, and Princeton Blvd. ther is a car parked on that lawn. This bizarre way of parking is going on throughout the upper highlands not to mention the whole city [removed].
What property? What issue are you referring to? All I know is that Lowell has zoning, and driveway ordinances, which are not abided by. Vehicles belong on paved surfaces like driveways, or streets not on ones lawn. Check with zoning. Thank you.

With respect to the fence question, fences 6 feet tall and under do not require a permit.
