I see the parking authority vans in the area on almost a daily basis and do not understand why this most egregious and narcissistic violator is not ticketed and towed. Yes, he/she is a narcissist placing personal convenience above community rights... if this person reads this post they will not understand the point and continue this type of behavior in all aspects of their life.
