Our last remaining plastic speed bumps by the elementary school and Q Park got torn to shreds by the snow plows this time, and debris and chunks of the old bumps are littering the street, making for a hazardous condition. Can PW please come clean it up? Also, these speed bumps were fantastic; please replace them come Spring with permanent, blacktop ones!
