Description
On Thomas Avenue, between Chestnut and school Street, it's not unusual at all to see cars zooming past.
On one side of the curve the road is extra wide and there's no parking allowed; even beyond the curve parking is allowed on only one side if the road. I think this encourages some people to think that it is safe to speed.
Other parts of Thomas have shorter distances between stop signs, and parking on both sides of the road. By and large people don't speed through those parts.
Possible solutions: a stop sign at Kensington, speed bumps, narrowing the extra wide part, and allowing more parking.
