REQUEST all work orders submitted to be tracked and no anonymous submissions be allowed. this is a formal request for the city of Fayetteville to establish tracking mechanisms for residents to hold either the submission of the individual accountable for a false submission / work orders or the city for mismanagement and allowing those actions.
