People speed around the curve on lower Bernardo near Parkington, Lynne, Susan, etc..., and there are tons of kids making their way to school. Plus, good luck making a left turn onto Bernardo. Due to the curve (where the widening road gives speeders a false sense of security), it is hard to see oncoming traffic and make a safe left turn. Please help--speed bumps, a stop sign at parkington, something....
