Yes, this does need to be fixed. They'll only get worse, and the fix needed will be a much bigger fix if wait too long.

I believe the re-pavement done years ago was inferior because we had trouble shortly after it was done. Sections of the road have a completely different type of surface- some which have deteriorated much more quickly than others. The cracks are almost everywhere on all four roads in the neighborhood, contributing to the loss of pieces of asphalt; however sections have lost LAYERS of asphalt to the point that gravel is being thrown out. Hopefully the next re-pavement will be of better quality-- and that this will happen THIS SPRING.

Make the HOA pay for it. I am sick and tired of the yoohoos in these expensive neighborhoods complain about a pothole on their cul de sac when the developer put in an inferior paved road in a picturesque neighborhood.

I'd rather see my tax money go to something that matters.

Wake County does not watch SeeClickFix, you will have to go to their website to report your issue: http://www.wakegov.com/

Contact Wake County, they will work with the state (that is how it works in un-incorperated areas of the county) but keep in mind that your road is on the bottom of the state's list of priorities (Numbered routes are at the top of the list: I40,US1,NC50 etc)
