Dogs continue to bark throughout the day and late at night through early morning. This is causing interruption in sleep at night because the dogs are constantly barking (occurs almost every night). Is there anything further action that can be taken?

Thank you for contacting the City of Huntsville with your service request. We apologize for the delay in response to this complaint. We are currently working another complaint at this address. It appears that the complainant is from another neighboring property. We work barking dog complaints by documenting the caller's information and responding twice in a twelve month time period for each complainant. Please contact our office to provide further information at 256-883-3788. We will gladly send another officer out to speak with the owner once again about the barking dogs and public nuisance issue.
