Description

I previously reported drainage problem at my 1723 Rosalie Ridge Dr residence. The City was very expeditious in coming to my residence, and quickly determined it was not a city issue. Since that brief meeting, I have spent over 5k addressing the drainage issue, all to no avail (i.e.- buried railroad timbers and slight berm, small retaining wall, additional downspout on the gutters, and additional concrete).
Since that time, I have had three (3) professionals come to the residence to assess the incurring drainage problem (i.e.- Ty Construction, Davis Landscaping, and American Property Works). All three professionals concluded the point of entry is behind my neighbor property (1721 Rosalie Ridge Dr) where the back alley/city easement berm has eroded. There is evidence of the berms lack of maintenance due to a full-grown magnolia tree. The berm covers the drainage pipe that is open at the back of the my residence. There is no erosion on the back of my property, but there is clear evidence of erosion on my neighbors lot (1721 Rosalie Ridge Dr).

BLUF: The eroded berm has caused water to flow on my neighbor's property, which then flows to my property. Due to water flooding our garage and possibly under the crawl space, we had to put sand bags to stop the flow of water.
