Metal rod in parking lot damaging cars. I complained about this months ago but nothing has been done it ripped my front bumper and last time they said it’s fixed just to find out weeks later it’s still there

As mentioned in your previous request this is not a City of Malden lot, it is operated by Standard Parking. The office is located at 54 Dartmouth St and they can be reached at 781-324-2090.

Yeah when it comes to fix things it’s not But collecting money and install kiosks it is.

The City didn't install the Kiosks and doesn't collect the money. It's a lot that is owned by the MRA and privately managed by SP+. Admittedly it's an odd situation. We did report this issue to them last time, and we have this time elevated it to the Director of the department.
