Yeah when it comes to fix things it’s not But collecting money and install kiosks it is.

The City didn't install the Kiosks and doesn't collect the money. It's a lot that is owned by the MRA and privately managed by SP+. Admittedly it's an odd situation. We did report this issue to them last time, and we have this time elevated it to the Director of the department.

SP+ has made a temporary fix and will search for a more permanent solution.
