On 2/3/2020, Comcast disconnected my service from Broadstripe without authorization. They also dug in my yard without authorization and failed to return the area to its' original condition after digging. I contacted Comcast and their construction division said they had no record of a service request for my address. I also told them of their need to correct their procedures for gaining the proper authorization from the home owner before work is to begin. They failed to do so. I have not heard from them since. Broadstripe re-connected their original service. I have filed a consumer complaint with the State of Maryland OAG in this matter.
