Sorry, no photo but picture about 2 feet of snow (mostly from overflow of North Avenue plowing) on the sidewalk at North Avenue, intersection of Saratoga. Sidewalk plow worked on it for about 30 minutes yesterday and could not get through, and gave up and it is impossible to shovel. It is a major walk way for people getting around and kids getting to high school. Also, the city's voicemail is full for public notifications for snow removal, which is very frustrating.
