Description

On several occasions a brown pitbull keeps getting out when left in the backyard for hours. When I contacted the residents they indicated that they keep the dogs locked up in the kitchen. I have no way to search to see if these animals have license or are up to date on their shots. I have children that play outside and I am scared to let them play because of the dog running across the street. They are careless owners that leave their animals outside in extreme weather conditions and they break through the gate probably trying to find somewhere to get warm. I would like to feel safe in my own neighborhood and not have to worry about dogs attacking my kids.
