It is however a single family home being treated as a boarding house. I reside on the same block & in the same style of home - it's a tight space even for 3 people.

Hi Raquel, Not sure if your question was intended for me or not. However, I know the property owner was cited with a number of other violations, as to whether those have been resolved, I cannot say. When I've spoken with a number of the residents recently, they've complained that the living conditions were quite poor.

A mistake was made. We were reviewing 197 Palisade Ave. An entry letter was sent 2/20/2020. Now a violation letter will be sent
