This problem has been going on for months. I experience this problem between 3:40 and 4 am on work mornings. I have submitted fix it requests in the past. Can we get this problem addressed and fixed please? This is a real issue.

Member of the public reported the left turn signal for westbound Hillsdale traffic turning southbound on Edgewater was not cycling, at 1815 hours 2/12/20.

FCPD Officer #20 reported the left turn signal for westbound Hillsdale traffic turning southbound on Edgewater was not cycling, at 1825 hours 2/13/20. Officer observed left arrow remain red for three traffic cycles.
