Thank you for using FayFixIt. Your roll cart has been scheduled for repair or replacement. Please leave your damaged roll cart curbside after your next 2 household pickup days (02/17/20 & 02/24/20). These are tentative scheduled dates for the repair or replacement of your cart. You may continue to use your roll cart but please continue to leave it curbside all day even after the cart is emptied.

This issue was originally called in about two weeks prior to me submitting again on this app. Its now the 24 of feb and it still has not been resolved. It can’t be that complicated.

To say your service is lacking would be an understatement.

Still not fixed; your service sucks.
