I met with the property owner yesterday. He has had recent health issues and has had difficulty making contact with staff. He is emailing a written request that will contain a schedule for resolution of this complaint

I have made contact with the owner and we have set up a schedule for the clean up.

Followed up with the homeowner on 3/24/2020. Reminder of deadlines

Site visit performed April 24, 2020. Back yard substantially cleaned up.

It has been over a month and no follow ups on this and all other open items.

Site visit last week revealed substantial clean up. This person operates a lawnmower repair business, and as such is allowed to have OPERABLE lawn mowers in the rear yard as long as they are being repaired.

What was initially reported appeared to be a lawn mower junkyard. What I inspected was a largely cleaned up site.

Thanks for the follow up. As long as these are kept up to date to let us know what is going on, is the main thing. No information makes it look like nothing is being done. Thanks again.

Clean up continuing

Continuing clean up as of 6/24/2020

Permit has been issued and home owner is now in compliance.
