Still very cautious of the blinking red in rain this morning leaving out and coming to work.

Correct. This been reported several times and they always claim to fix it, but never do. It only works during certain times of the day. I once had to drive all the way from Edgewood to this intersection (20 minutes) to pick up my middle schooler because she could not get across the street after the crossing guards had left.
