The typical traffic speed on Homestead Grays is MUCH higher than the posted limit of 25 mph. People will tailgate me, honk, flash their lights, and/or blow by me when I'm going less than 50. If the city wanted to make some money and close part of the budget gap, they could start with some speeding enforcement on this bridge.
