Description
Tenant at 2835 24th Ave N continues to pile bags of garbage in the back yard. There appear to be about 10-15 bags of garbage and they have been piled outside now for over a month. This is the third report of this issue. These bags can be seen from the front of the home on the left side of the back yard (west side of back yard). These bags are attracting vermin and are a health nuisance. Thank you.
