Description

Right of way and ditch very overgrown. Cannot see to back out of driveway at house at bottom of Thurmond and Old Horton. Overgrowth is in the road and ditch is full of limbs, trees, weeds and brush. Also cannot find where sewer line from 2504 Nancelon ties into City main due to overgrowth.
