Site was inspected 2/27/20 and fence height measured and found to be above the front yard requirements of TMC 18.210.040. A letter was sent to property owner 2/28/20 requiring a fence permit be attained and existing fence lowered to be in compliance with City Code.

Owner of property applied for a fence permit 3-19-20 and has agreed to lower front yard fence in accordance with the fence regulations with the exception of the gate and ornamental arbor. The fence permit will be issued upon approval and permitee will then have 180 days to complete the project.

Owner was left a message on April 10th, 2020 the permit approved and available to be issued. A field inspection was conducted on May 26,2020 with no change in existing fence observed. Another message was left on phone 5/26/20 and if no response is received a letter will be mailed 5-27-2020

Due to Covid-19 and personal issues a letter has not be sent to property owner. Calls were made both Friday June 12, 2020 and Monday June 15, 2020 leaving a message. A letter will go out no later than June 16, 2020 if the permit is not picked up by owner.
