Descrição

Light blue Jaguar with homeless person and large dog living in it for 2-3 weeks. No license plates, car may not be drivable. Personal belongings including a spare tire strewn on sidewalk, making it difficult to walk past. Litter being created. Very strong chance of drug dealing from the car, possibly including meth, cocaine and/or heroin. Several neighbors are extremely uncomfortable with the situation, which we feel is clearly illegal. We want him away from this area permanently.
