Description
Two large potholes in the west bound lane of 2nd St SE just west of the intersection of 3rd Ave SE and 2nd St SE. Potholes are very hard to avoid due to the narrow lanes and lack of shoulder caused by the concrete, construction barriers on the north side of 2nd St SE. The only way to avoid them is to partially drive in the oncoming traffic lane.
