Just walked by this vehicle and trash is thrown under it, definitely people are living in it

This vehicle needs to be moved. There is urination on the side walk and trash everywhere. There are people living in this car on the street . Can you send the police out to tow this it shouldn't be on any street. Lots and drugs and drinking are done at night on this street, this needs immediate attention.

This vehicle has been towed about 50 feet in front of where it was and there are still people living in it and hanging out there all day long drinking and smoking. They are urinating on the sidewalk. Children walk down this street to go to school. Please have the Police come tow it away from this area it is a health hazard as well as unsafe for the comunity.

This vehicle has rolled down the street with the tow straps attached. The windows are covered up. I too am concerned about the safety of our children and seniors. We are asking our City to help us get rid of this vehicle before anything happens.

My wife just saw a female occupant from the car defecate on the sidewalk and then a male from the car was urinating in public.

They now have pushed this car onto Baird St.

I just drove by this SUV on the way to my house, and there are people standing outside of it with the hood up. The windows are covered with some sort of blanket or sheet. Please have the police remove this vehicle from our neighborhood.

Parking Enforcement responded on 2/24/20 and tagged the listed vehicle. A patrol officer responded today and checked for any community care taking needs that would allow our department to tow this vehicle. So, what the police department is saying, a non-operational car may be stored on a public street? It was tagged on 2/24/20 by a parking officer. I'm assuming if it is still there on the 27th it will be towed away pursuant to a 72 hour marker?
