  This same group of characters has just been moving around the neighborhood for years. They are real dirty and a nuisance. They leaves piles or trash and debris where ever they go. They are wandering around the area all hours of the night and day getting into trouble. They have anandoned cars in the area, and are up to nefarious activities. Please relocate them to some more approprieate area. It is creating a very unhealthy living condition and exposing the neighborhood to unwanted health and other hazard issues. The city sanctioning this living arrangement creates a liability issue.

  Homeless people need help and compassion; these particular people are not homeless but bums. There is a big difference and the city has to deal with the problematic people.
  They give the homeless a bad name.
  Oakland PROMISED we would have this area kept clear of encampments and I think it is time to think lawsuits.

  We dont need to request a service we should already have. OAK311 needs to speak to a council member or the mayor and then enforce the laws.
