Description
Parking on lawn. Spoke to the owner who basically said if the one spot right outside his home is taken he will not park in any other but will on his yard because he won’t walk that far.
He does this daily.
Also his toe hitch sticks out into the sidewalk. It’s dangerous to pedestrians.
