Seems to be growing and spreading. It would be cool if the city would post the pics of the dumpers and the outcome of the case, like fines and things like that.

No change, no progress other than the high grass is no longer maintained and covers the debris

I guess the high grass has partially improved the situation since you cannot see the dumped items but remains unimproved.
