Description

Garage in pic located at 26601 chippendale, roseville, mi 48066. Original garage was permitted for expansion increasing square footage and updates. Gutter downspouts were permitted to be located at rear corner of garages north west and south west corners of garage. Since city inspector passed garage construction permit, downspouts were moved altered after by resident to drain at front of garages north east corner which is now draining and flooding the residents yard located at 26641 chippendale. Roseville 48066. City inspector should inspect downspouts and enforce original permits by requiring resident to relocate downspouts to original permit location at rear northwest corner of garage to prevent further flooding and water damming/damages of neighbors yard at 26641 chippendale. I Ronald Nicholson resident at 26641 chippendale give city inspector full access to my yard while I am present to view and witness downspout location and Also take note and view of violation of 4×4×10 wood fence post wall built along existing cyclone fence and other wood debris along fence by resident at 26601chippendale. I resident at 26641 chippendale cannot replace deteriorated cyclone fence section with wood debris in place. I require city inspector to have myself present and to allow access to my yard for inspection for mentioned violations. Additionally take note of rear privacy fence deterioration and unpermitted partial move of rear privacy fence sections moved from rear of yard now mounted to south cyclone fence by resident at 26601 chippendale. South privacy fence sections moved and mounted by resident was not permitted or city permit purchased or waivers presented to or signed by the south neighbors of 26601 chippendale. which has not been inspected by city inspector Nor is up to code and is at present time improperly mounted and should be considered a fire safety hazard for all neighboring residents.
