My neighbor is starting to construct a fence along within the driveway easement that is so close to the graveled road that it would make the road way too narrow for my truck and work trailer to safely get to my home. There are limits to how close to a driveway easement one can build

Thank you for reaching out. The fence issue along an easement would be civil between yourself and the neighbor. The City of Bainbridge Island does not require a permit for most fences and easement issues are private matters between the parties subject to the easement.
